Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups khoya


  • 2 cups matar


  • 1 cups roasted paneer cubes


  • 1 cups roasted phool makhana


  • 1 cups onion paste


  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste


  • 1/2 cups fresh tomato puree


  • 3 tsp dahi


  • 1 tsp salt...as taste


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1/2 tsp crushed kasuri methi


  • 1 tsp green coriander chopped


  • 2 tsp oil

Directions

  • Paneer cubes ko nonstick pan main 2 drios oil main saute kar liya
  • Phoolmakhana ko bhi 2 drops oul main saute kar liya
  • Khoya ko grate kar bhun liya .
  • Wok main oil heat kar garlic saute kar onion paste add kiya bhun jane par ginger and tomato purr add kar
  • bhuna sabhi masalas and dahi add kar bhuna peas add kar thora water dal peas pakne tak paka liya
  • phir paneer cubes ,phool makhanas and khoya ko hatho se crumble kar add kar diya
  • boil water add kar gravy bana le phir kasuri methi and chopped green coriander add kar garma garam serve kar diya.
